First of all, you should know that everything may be done at home and you may get ready to meet your brawny friends in any gym without a bit of embarrassment.

Let’s imagine that you are not ready to buy complicated equipment and organise a real home gym. But at the same time you would like to improve your muscles as soon as possible. We advise you to start with special arm exercise and the only thing you need for this will be your own dumbbells, wrist balls or powerball. Dumbbells are very nice to do your abdominal workout. Intensive movements of your arm with special weight loads may help you to develop all arm muscles in about 2-3 months. Everything depends on your will and your proper exercise program. You should remember that overloads are even more harmful than a lack of exercise. So increase your physical loads gradually. But at the same time light pain in your arm or abdominal muscles doesn’t mean that you should stop your exercising! This pain may be a sign that your muscles are starting to develop. You should continue your exercising the next day. Be sure that this light pain will disappear in some time – it means your muscles got ready for such loads and you may increase your exercise duration and real loading. We recommend buying special dumbbells with changeable weights because you may feel that the first starting weight is not enough for you to continue your training.

The best ways to build your leg muscles are exercises at any stepper. Of course it’s much better to buy a suitable stepper and to use it outdoors where you may improve your health by breathing some fresh air. But you may start doing your first exercises indoor at any stepper machine or even without it. It’s recommended to combine your stepping exercises with arm exercises so that you train more muscles at the same time.

Turn on your favourite music and start training! Simple sport equipment and about 20-30 minutes of exercising every day may do miracles to your body! You will never be shy to appear in any company!
